WHAT IS TRAINING FOR WARRIORS?
TFW encompasses detailed warm-ups, speed training, strength training, endurance training, flexibility work and nutrition all of which are based on a comprehensive evaluation process. These training modalities are all applied based on the guiding principles that are the philosophical foundation of the TFW system. As a result of this principle-centered approach, the Training for Warriors program has been used by hundreds of thousands of people worldwide.

Weight is more than just a number. Our state of the art InBody scale offers a deeper look inside the body by displacing intracellular and extracellular water to give you one of the most accurate body composition scans.
We utilize the MyZone system to quantify your work-outs. MYZONE® is a heart rate monitoring system that transmits heart rate, calories and effort in real time to a live display and wirelessly uploads that data to a logbook that can be accessed online or through the free MYZONE® Lite App for students.
MYZONE® is the only exercise tracking system in the world that is able to provide real-time feedback of exercise intensity as well as wirelessly upload exercise data that has been stored, making the technology simple and convenient for everyone to use. Chest straps are available for purchase.
