Have a minute?

Spend just one minute in the morning thinking about your food options for the day. Will you have a lunch meeting? Kid activities tonight? Do you have leftovers in the fridge? How can you navigate those and make a better choice?

You don't have to have every meal pre-portioned in a tupperware container, but taking the time to think through your day and what options will be available will help you make better choices so you aren't scrambling when you're hungry  - which is usually when you choose the most convenient (not the healthiest) option available. 

Take a minute to be mindful of your daily schedule and how your nutrition will play out - it's the simplest meal prep there is!
